Payment is completed through the checkout linked to your invoice. This page does not collect card or bank details. Requesting an invoice does not make a payment.
How billing works
- Confirm your agreement. Your written dispatch agreement sets the service scope, fee percentage, revenue used to calculate the fee, billing schedule and payment due date.
- Review your invoice. Check the loads, billing period, applicable revenue and dispatch charges. Ask us about any discrepancy before paying.
- Use your invoice payment link. Pay the exact invoice amount using the payment methods shown in the checkout.
- Keep your confirmation. Save the payment confirmation and invoice for your business records.
Understand your dispatch fee
Dispatch fee = revenue covered by your agreement × agreed percentage.

Examples explain the calculation. Your signed agreement and invoice determine your actual rate, the revenue included, any other agreed charges and the amount due.
When is payment due?
Follow the due date on your invoice and the terms in your dispatch agreement. The agreement should specify whether the fee becomes due after delivery or after you receive payment for the load. Contact us if you need clarification.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use the options displayed on your invoice checkout. Contact billing if you need a different payment arrangement.
