What does dispatch support cost?

Dispatch fees may be structured as a percentage or another agreed charge. Ask what the fee covers, when it becomes payable, and how cancellation or unused service is handled. JB Global Logistics confirms pricing in writing before work starts.

How do I calculate revenue per mile?

Divide load revenue by loaded miles plus deadhead miles. A $1,200 load with 500 loaded miles and 60 deadhead miles produces approximately $2.14 in revenue per total mile, before expenses.

What costs should I include?

Include fuel, dispatch fees, tolls, maintenance, insurance, equipment costs, taxes and other applicable overhead. The load worksheet subtracts entered fuel, percentage dispatch fees and other trip costs; it is not a complete net-profit calculation.

Can I reject a load?

Our service approach is built around carrier approval. Review the rate, route, appointments, cargo and requirements before agreeing.

How does a consultation work?
